REFUNDS / RETURNS

All sales are final. Original artwork and cannot be returned. Each order is handled with care and closely inspected.

However, if you make a purchase and change your mind, your order can be cancelled within 48 hours for 90% of the cost refunded to you. The 10% retained covers the website and payment processing fees that the artist is charged upon purchase. Email kirst@kirstenbollen.com to request an order cancellation.

EXCHANGES

Original artwork cannot be exchanged. Prints can be exchanged for another print of equal or higher value. You are responsible for any additional costs for shipping (for both returning and receiving) and the print must be returned in the same condition you received it. Items sent back without a request first will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

As soon as you receive your artwork, please inspect it closely and if there are any issues with the item or if you received the wrong item, please contact the artist as soon as possible and send images along with your request (if applicable). I will evaluate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.

Exception: Please note, all ornaments sold have a disclaimer in the description. Ornaments are painted on natural substance, so may change over time. You can expect some flaking of the bark to occur and fluctuations in humidity and temperature can also cause the wood to crack. Unfortunately this can happen at any time; during shipping, storage, etc. The wood may also have some imperfections and existing cracks as it is a natural material, so please look closely at the photos before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

Sorry if this policy comes across strict or unfair. I am an individual artist doing their best, and cannot compete with big business’s inclusive policies like Amazon. Shipping is one of the only times issues are reported back to me. Please select the more expensive tracking option to protect your purchase and which allows me to help, otherwise any issues that arise are out of my control.
